Aluminum Bottles, Caps & Cans
Aluminum bottles, cans and caps by Elemental Container are especially suited for packaging cosmetic products. We carry a variety of aluminum bottles including brushed aluminum bottles in five different sizes. All the bottles are seamless, with a smooth finish that readily accepts pressure-sensitive and acetate labels. A wide variety of aluminum caps is also available.

Aluminum Bottle - Brushed Aluminum
One of the most popular aluminum bottles is the brushed aluminum bottle. These five bottles have capacities from 60 ml (2 oz.) to 300 ml (10 oz.) and are perfect for packaging lotions, perfumes and other cosmetic products. They are seamless, one-piece designs and can be easily fitted with screw caps, plastic caps, lotion pumps and spray pumps. Each cap or pump can fit any model in the brushed aluminum line allowing for product compatibility.

Aluminum Bottle - 9M6
Ranging from 19 ml (0.7 oz.) to 160 ml (5.6 oz.) this is a one-piece bottle with rolled aluminum external screw neck thread. They are ideal for holding all types of liquids like perfumes, colognes, etc., and have a unique rustic appearance.

Aluminum Bottle - ATK Bottle
The ATK bottle models feature a rolled aluminum external screw neck thread of 31 mm and aluminum screw cap with polyethylene liner. Capacities are from 315 ml (10 oz.) 550 ml (19.4 oz.). They are ideal for packaging liquid products. Like the 9M6 line, they have a rustic look, but can only be fitted with aluminum caps.

Aluminum Cans
These cans range from 15 ml (0.5 oz.) to 125 ml (4.4 oz.) and are ideal for packaging viscous and solid products including creams, gels, powders, or granulated products.

Aluminum Screw Cap Cans
These cans feature polished land seals and formed external screw neck thread and are especially useful for packaging dry products and materials. They are not brushed or painted and have a distinctive "industrial" look. Capacities range from 2.6 oz. to 21.7 oz..

Aluminum Caps
Aluminum caps can perfectly complement our brushed aluminum bottles. They are also usable for both glass and plastic jars and bottles.
