Are your products in stock?
The majority of the items you see on the web site are.
How fast can I expect my order?
Generally speaking if a product is in stock and your order is placed in the morning we will ship the same day.
Do you accept credit cards?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
What are your operating hours?
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm Eastern Time.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to test your products with our bottles.
Industrial Bottles
What is an industrial aluminum bottle?
It is a bottle and closure system that has been designed to safely store or ship various products.
What is a U.N. approved bottle or carton?
It is a bottle, or combination packaging (carton and bottles) that has passed a series of tests needed to safely ship hazardous products with a certain level of danger called group.
Should I use a coated bottle?
Most products work well with plain aluminum. If you have a compatibility problem, you have the option of using an Epoxy phenolic-coated bottle. We will provide samples so that you can do the necessary testing.
How do I know if my bottle is properly closed?
Elemental Container automatically sends packing instruction with all UN approved packaging. These instructions include a recommended torque. If you purchase a bottle that is not certified, make sure you request the recommended torque.
How can I measure the torque?
If your company doesn't use an automatic capping machine that automatically measures the torque, we have an easy to use manual torque wrench available for purchase.
Consumer Product Bottles
What is a consumer product aluminum bottle?
It is a bottle that has been design to look good in a store and accept a large variety of standard closures. They can also be easily decorated.
Are these bottles coated?
Yes, these bottles are coated as part of their manufacturing process. The FDA approved Epoxy phenolic coating should protect your products from any contact with aluminum.
How do I know if my products are compatible?
The only way to be sure is to test the bottles with your products. We will gladly supply samples for you to test.
